Technical Support

I truely love calling into technical support lines…..NOT!!!! I feel that I’m a pretty smart guy and can figure most things out related to technology (I do work in IT for a living), but over the past two days I have had to call into Network Solutions and Microsoft for support. Why do I believe that their call centers are not on the same continent as I am?

I also understand that most of them are following some sort of “script”, but when I tell you to lose the script, please listen to me. I wouldn’t be calling you if I didn’t have to. Also, if you know you can help me with my issue, let’s not waste your time or mines, just get me to someone that can actually help me.
