I have to say, that The Sherwin-Williams Company is one of the best companies to work for, not only because I currently am employed by them, but because how they treat their employees. It’s like being a part of a large global family. In addition to that aspect, the stock price over the last decade has generated a lot of wealth for its employees, and I happy to say I am one of those lucky ones. When I started here almost 20 years ago (I’m only 36 btw), I started investing in the company’s stock plan. At that time, the stock was barely over $20 a share, and one point dropped under $20 a share. I’m truly happy to see our stock now over the $350 a share price.
