2016 Fitness Goals

Well, we are defiantly getting there:


Just a couple more pounds and I’ll be happy. Just think, if I had join a gym at the beginning of the year, I’d probably have already meet my goal. Oh well, still making progress on my own!

2016 Fitness Goals

I’m 50% towards my goal!! It’s pretty amazing what small changes in your diet can do. To help to lose the other 50% and to tone up a little, I’ll probably start working out again and running. Feels good to be getting back in shape.
